No. I totally agree with this O.P. it's not about being mature, it's about not being a step stool. The one poster said, "It's all about resoect." It certainly is. Respect for yourselves. If you want to let them work you like a dog and discard you like a POS, go ahead, but I think a person should have a little pride and dignity for themselves. If you consider that childish than keep letting yourself be treated like crap Mr./Mrs. Azz kisser.

Remembered ? Really . You must b smoking something . We are all just bodies to them , they won’t remember you tomorrow .... it’s not about being remembered .... it’s about respect

You could do that.. but then again think about do you want to leave, and be remembered. It’s not about the Co it’s about you. As a person . Are you Ok with that ?Being a quality person, even though wronged, is being mature enough to do the Right thing , even when the wrong thing is happening to, or around you. I’m not suggesting they deserve consideration, merely that you have the power to rise above the poor treatment. It’s your decision of course, but maybe think how you choose to be remembered .
