They are hiring and will train his replacement. The kid just graduated from Canada community college with a gpa of 1.9. He will save O a lot of money. O is going down the tubes.

Fire and don’t replace them would be the smart move
HD and RG could be on chopping block but they aren’t dumb enough to replace them with college kids. Only SCs, ECAs, and Sales Reps can be replaced. Everyone knows this.
