I had a customer today that told me we are being sold to Seats owner. What happens? Do we close or stay open during the sale? I really need my job! Does anyone know how this works?

We are getting sold sources say. How they know, will not be revealed. When will not be revealed. So I guess we wait.
Pretty soon the states will impose online sales tax and people will go back to shopping in stores and when Donald Trump finishes office he will buy Macy's and make it great again.

Eddie will not want to take on Macy's. He is too old. He needs a rest. After Sears goes down, he will ride off in the sunset on his yacht. As it sails away, you see the name of the yacht in bold letters," GONE UNDER BROKE".
But they could keep stores open in select markets!
If a customer says it - it must be true! The customer is not always right and there is no way Macy’s will close every store. Other retailers would need to go first before Macy’s even becomes a concern for closing. Don’t worry...

@UtUlAv6-1kan - mods take posts for number of reasons, read the rules (e.g., foul language, threats, use of personal names, excessive posting etc.) - I haven't seen that post but also they sometimes nuke posts of trolls or professional trolls that go and post stuff on different boards to wreak havoc.
Prior to the"is it true" post, there was a post titled the king is coming to Macy's. The post said that Eddie Lampert is coming to Macy's. If you read the "is it true" post, there is a comment about this from people that read it. That post was taken down, hence the question as to why? Looks like someone leaked information that the company

Get an honest answer from management on this one. Not approaching 4Q. Boys and girls keep your eyes and ears open. Keep posting your findings. Mr. Poster that calls posts "c-ap" is more than likely assigned to do damage control. Remember the Christmas eve riddle about the layoffs coming.......that was all true. Let's see if the "leakers" post pans out. Probably will. Time will tell.
Actually, it is not Lambert, it is Lampert. Then my question is, why are these other "crap" post, as you put it not being deleted? The one that others saw stated that Eddie Lampert was coming to Macy's. That post was deleted. Someone leaked information in a high level position, privy to talks or take overs.
We are not being sold to Lambert or Sears. Someone is just stirring up trouble with fake crap. Relax.
