I think I read somewhere that this week will be bad for finance. Is that true? Has there been any new info on it?

I don't think that they are going to do finance at least not in 2018. They are still working on the 3rd and soon 4th quarter lay offs that won't affect finance
They are doing it geographically. Finance in the UK was hit Thurs 28th July....
