I’m just curious, I work overnights and lately we been having to move a lot of stuff around for the checklist. Our crew is really short handed right now and every night we get notes from days saying to move this here move this there. Shouldn’t we be focusing on stocking the store instead of moving an item like 5 times a week? Are any of you guys store doing the same thing? I just feel we waste a lot of time moving things that are just fine the way they are.

It's been like that for years.
i dont work nights but i believe this is happening at my club too because everyday i go in nothing is in the same place ,,it is very frustrating because i dont know where to tell the member to look for the product
