Many teams have got notice to leave by September/October time. Plan is to acquire many more businesses keeping 2021 in view as existing businesses many not sustain revenues. SJ and RTP are most impacted. Bangalore is negligible. My team in enterprise security is one of the affected. Other team can enter their points here.

Cisco has a strategy - “raise the stock price off employees backs.” Cisco is nothing but a glorified vc. leadership is incapable of leading internal innovative engineering. It buys companies, and then cuts people on the backend two years later. If you want to sign up for that and all that goes with it that is your business but imho it is a rotten way to live.

CSG is also impacted. 22 people LRed. Director moved to PE.
Csco is the worst company to work for in IT ... Such a uncertain job ..Poor management with no proper strategy ..
SP EBU is also impacted. September is end for many. Sustenance is given to contractors in India.
