Any truth to the FS being parted off and having a bankruptcy auction?

There’s a lot of astute companies out there. Otherwise, SWN would have been sold for a hefty price.
Speculating here, probably not... but there have been some companies that have split off, sending assets and debt to one asset leaving a "good" and "bad" entity. I could see something like that, but the 'bankers' wont let SWN do anything it wants. In reality with the debt levels in place, they really own the company.
Complete horse ca ca! FAY will be sold soon enough for a hefty sum and proceeds from that sale will be used to pay down debts and of course give well deserved big bonuses to Silly Billy and his cronies for doing such a great job! SWN will soon be back to being the toast of the energy world! Everyone, please put on your big boy pants and hang tight. It's going to be a bumpy ride before it gets better.
