As racial diversity tumbles on Wall Street, JPMorgan Chase & Co. has reached a settlement with financial advisers who say they were treated poorly because they're black.

At the Houston office 1250 workers.only 10 were white. There was discrimination. Chase is buddy.buddy with Barrack.

I was discriminated against blacks many many times at work...calling ke white gril, cracker, white chocolate, whity screwing me over on my reviews etc...but i forgot only blacks are not racist.
I'm white and have been discriminated against by black co-works and Supervisors since the day I started. Been called cracker, frosty, white trash threatened to be fired. There is nothing i can do about it. No law suite I can file. Neither is correct way to run a business. It's all against company policy
A clear violation of JP Morgan's code of conduct, and who was fired? NO ONE, this settlement is another of the many discriminatory practices used at JPMC. Many people I know have personally witnessed such events, while turning a blind eye to supervisor's violations- e.g. EPV operations Tampa, Florida.
