Person from Customer Experience, I am so sorry. I'm only a few days behind you, just waiting for my exit march. But, let's face it. Any employee involved in customer focused activity might as well pack up. Xerox couldn't care less about the customer. Just shut up and pay your bill. Equipment not working? Your bill is wrong? No one cares. Expect a call from someone whose English is marginal, demanding payment the day your bill arrives in the mail. It's embarrassing.

I was one of them. Team of 11 walked out together from 111. Customer Experience team within Alan Gambles Divery org.

I guess they don’t check with you mo--n before they lay people off. Yesterday was smaller, less than a dozen people, but for them it’s just as painful.
