Employees would be fools not to do this we capped raises to a 4%, cut teams labor , forcing more part-time team members while getting rid of full-time team members, forcing a not realistic controllable out-of-stock percentages in stores that just don't have the backroom for proper delivery schedules, blindly allocate products to team that previous weeks were thrown away bus trying to put in place a shrink a palooza plan. Meanwhile increasing Regional positions that actually provide no support to stores daily operations or business

Yeah sure, let’s unionize every Tom and Sue who are part time team members with 2 day availability and minimal interest in sticking around past 6 months.

There has been a lot of talk at my store recently concerning unionization. Whole Foods gets what it pays for. Want dedicated workers with a sense of urgency? Give them a way to be invested in the company. Gainsharing is a shell of what it once was. We need stock options.

Team members should establish a union. I wouldn’t have said that several years ago, but TM’s are getting the short end of the stick these days. It wouldn’t keep poor performance TM’s around, that’s a result of poor leadership and them being scared to confront poor performance...if a TM is not working out then get them out. Union does have dues, but wages would still be better and you wouldn’t have to wait for an overdue JD for a year or more. Have a little protection in the workplace can be a good thing and wasn’t necessary when Whole Foods still had a culture, but that is pretty much gone.

Yeah that’s great let’s protect the lazy pieces of garbage that work in the stores. I’m not saying everyone is but unions just promote laziness.
