LE way too much of an ego maniac to appoint a real ceo and let them actually run the company. Oracle = LE and LE = oracle and they both have at least one foot in the grave.
LE needs to put the search on for a real, turnaround CEO. It needs to be someone cut from the engineering cloth. Look what Satya was able to do @ MSFT. They desperately need someone with that type of background. There are a few people in the engineering org I can think of who always delivers. One person I would go for is JL who is under AM. That guy always impresses me.
SC will be the one going, BECAUSE, she's a woman. LE and MH will pin something bad on her and make her step down.
SC and LE go back much farther that MH and LE, and oracle is no longer a tech company, it’s a financial manipulation company, so putting SC in charge to buy back stock and obfuscate oracle financials and start cutting Dev - with some 30,000 people and Billions in expenses - is the obvious thing to do. My sense is MH is about to get more tennis time, although he might have to find another tennis partner.

Even our board can’t possibly be stupid enough to give SC, a glorified spreadsheet jockey, sole control of the company. She may be a good CFO/bean counter/cost cutter, but CEO of a tech company? No vision, no technical skills.

Somehow they will blame SC for something. Maybe involved with the cloud fraud or obfuscation of numbers. I think SC will go next.
