This is a job and we all want job satisfaction. We have enough directors dragging us into their political games as their main job description. Leaving is always a choice and with that aside how do you handle incompetent local boss who restrict every restrictable resources, has no original ideas except pass down commands which did go go throught its brain processing, will never rock the boat, has no plan for any of you except its own comfort and smooth sailing. Zero talent growth and management.

Will be interesting to see where these lazy, incompetent, corrupt, discriminating, lying middle managers and their HR chronies land a job after they are let go or when Dell's ship finally sinks.

Dell's HR exist to mitigate risk, they don't care about retaining top talent. They will protect the most incompetent and corrupt manager over a victimized employee in a heartbeat. My manager has said both s-xist and racist comments (to an African American!) in front of his subordinates, superiors, and peers. Why does he do this so so freely? Because he knows he can without repercussions. People like this manager and his HR connections are the downfall of this company.

any company can run a group called ethics with a bunch of lawyers for protecting the asses of the management and they expect a distress call from an employee for the help to discuss about her issues, what a joke and the outcome will be the mere reflections of twisted facts.

Inside dell everything operates as nexus, as like in the film game of shadows, everything is arranged as a web, you see the similarities and connections between HR, management, or with the ethics or which extend up to your colleagues, they recruit the people with their DNA and everything operates as secret, but nothing is perfect and there are times they makes mistakes while recruiting and the outlaws cries for justice in these kind of forums.

I would suggest those guys for not to waste their energy, you are not going to gain anything at the end. that is the total sum for the effort, Dell becomes a desert, don't expect a lush forest inside the desert and working for it? insane.

I guess pick up the telephone and dial the Ethics line if you really care about Dell... Enough is Enough. In the policy book or Ethics online training, everything is defined.
