Maintenance Administrators, Fiber Customer Support Analyst. Also Switching Equipment Technicians mostly Pittsburgh area.
Volunteer period begins September 17. Off-Payroll date October 27.

Virginia is also getting the EISP. CSSC and FSC titles plus a few other titles. 10/28/18 is the off payroll date.

I don't know if there are limits as to how many will be accepted.
Is there a limit to the number of people allowed to accept the offer? What exactly is included in the offer?
