Chuck is getting rid of potential challengers. He knows firsthand how that works.
CR is selling his house and collecting money to save for future legal fights, that is going to happen in a few year for making up balance sheets. Buying of companies is not yielding in the return of investment, be it Security or Networks. The last great acquisition was that of Webex , which has been a while. Remember, all who run away are not Rats.
Some more Ladies from failed Microsoft will join the company as VP (weep-e).
