401K match is ending. 4 weeks of vacation max. Some managers who don't have enough direct reports will be dropped to a lower pay grade. Now drop & give me 20 you worthless sack of garbage!

What is the HR website that one can go to check the policies
Get into the habit of checking HR policies every day. I do. Look for a change or 'pending'. That's what they did the last time. Was in 'pending' for some time then severance changed on 7/31, mass layoffs followed. Regarding employee satisfaction, Xerox ranks right up there with sanitation crew for Port-a-Potties.
I wonder if it just gets into policy update without "announcing"
I will keep an eye out for announcements, although they are so poor at disseminating information I would not be surprised if it gets lost in the mail or buried in a "Today at Xerox" web posting.
Get rid of pensions? Xerox does not have the authority to eliminate the pension from those employees who are already eligible.
The 401k match has been dropped temporarily before so it wouldn’t surprise me. Get rid of pensions, then limit companies exposure on retirement planning altogether. Lay off people, then make sure people can not take vacation. Perfect. Thank you. Can I have another reason?
No source; definitely speculation.
Source? Speculation?
Oops, typo ... should be "haven't seen"
Ok, I have seen any announcement on the 401K and vacation limitations. Where did you get this information?
Death might come fast. Wow.
