Will ots ever go away, some of the things are nice to use for accountability and systems but regional has gone to far with micro managing everyone and making these scorce cards unrealistic.I always thought retail was about sales and driving those sales but at while foods it's all about clipboards and wasting time on ridiculous walks instead of pushing sales,no wonder since Amazon took over sales have no increased at all, will Amazon wake up and fire these regional people who latch on to ots to make it look like they do something when in reality the reason Whole Foods is in this situation is because Regional never did anything for all those years and let Whole Foods become just another supermarket

Our egomaniac tl actually told us that the reason we had to fill production sheets is so they can "track" what is\isnt selling. Truth~they use it to make the workers of the dept. feel like dirt.
attn. wholefoods global..you sold the company...the "hide the inventory from the books" game worked...now can we ditch this clipboard/penal system and get back to trying to make sales and having good morale...???
I agree @V7xGCQr-3jrh and the guy climbing ladders and crawling on his belly to catch every little thing is ridiculous!! OTS is looking for perfection which is impossible. I heard certified stores were already doing poorly. What a way to make teams feel like garbage over petty things. Morale is in the toilet. I love having my job threatened daily. I only see things getting worse not better. Anyone looking for Amazon to fix it is in for a big disappointment. Have you heard how they treat their warehouse people?
OTS is evil and needs to die quick. But what would they do with all the yahoos who do scorecards as a full time job? Talk about a waste of payroll. Would be more beneficial if they actually did some work instead of walking around inspecting every minute and irrelevant detail that has zero benefit to the customer, shareholder, or company...Yet these OTS clowns think they are God's gift to the grocery business. Most of this system is bad. Just a way for Regional to blame stores for everything that went on to cause the sale and then say "see, we are trying to fix it". On the store level there was over ordering from poorly trained buyers, but what that did was cause money on back shelves instead of the bank. At least the stock was there to stock shelves even if it was a bit much. Now with the HUGE cuts in labor, it doesn't matter how much or little stock you have. There is not enough people to get it on the shelves. It is very frustrating to work your tail off and see the same people in the same departments standing around talking or texting on their phones in the backroom. WB, Specialty and Meat teams need to give some of their labor to produce, grocery and prepfoods. Cashiers need to stock end caps and front half way down front isles while they are just standing there talking at slow times. Labor did need to be cut but it was cut way too short and we are being abused. That is why people are talking about Unions now and they were not before. I like to work and stay busy, it makes the time fly but this is ridiculous. Stop being penny wise and dollar foolish with all this remodeling of stores break-rooms and such and give us the some labor back please.

I asked from the beginning classes on o.t.s. on how it was supposed to increase revenue and sales..not one person gave a good response..regional "moving forward" babble...
I would love to ask your age and how long you’ve worked for WF, but I won’t . Watch your back anyway. Sorry to hear you’re going to be written up, especially since your intentions on your day off were noble. It s---s.
I came in on my day off to help get the load stocked, because it never gets done before I have to shoot my next order, just to hear I'm getting written up for not putting tags out on time. Keep in mind the trucks are never stocked before it's time to order again. So I'm supposed to put out tags instead of putting OOS product on the shelf?
It always was and will be a supermarket.
