Floriduh region has some real id--ts placed in positions of power through all kinds of shady alliances or nocturnal emissions..from regional on down to the TLs...
florida stl’s are shady.
they fired people for getting arrested and since it was public information they would get fired.
when the stl got arrested he brought a sheriff(personal friend) to intimidate us in a group meeting he kept his job.
and surprise he is still there in south florida.
in norcal they are all desk jockies and handout 5 safety topics at the same time which all team members never retain the information.
labor is soo tight they just sign it and get back to work before they get called into the office for wasting too much time reading the 5 topics that are about 3-7 pages long each.
so when they get hurt at work it’s all self inflicted due to the excessive workload.
My tl is so power hungry that you don't dare tell him when something is wrong. He tels it personal. If Bezos as any spine he'd get rid of the leadership in Florida.
