Ok just gonna throw this out there ....how many associates are gonna have their identity stolen from so many more people having access to our personal info now. I rather just have one person and the managers be able to see mine

The SMART system is still there but it cannot be manaully adjusted. Yes, PTCs are on their way out but not until the final upgrades occur in Workday. Career Preference will be intigrated in early 2019. Wal-Mart will follow a year after that.
With the new system that has rolled out the ptc can no longer see anyone's numbers or other personal info. It only allows managers and leads to see that the associates info now. The reason for that it to eliminate the ptcs.
First off, it’s scary. I was a team lead and didn’t even have phone numbers of employees in cafe and deli . (I was new and hired from outside) I had to get them myself, then call from my own phone if someone was late or changing schedules .. the whole process was stupid .. but then I discovered that a cashier had access ?? Same way I had to call for repsirs if machine was broken or anything I needed.. how dumb is that? You call from an office phone , not from your personal phone .. whatever I

If you as a lead had access then your CM and PTC did not do their jobs properly, unfortunately does. It matter now so enjoy.
It is possible for team leads to have access to personal information. Not all do. A manager can give people access to smart screens ununder utilities.
Hourly's dhould NOT be able to look at anyone's personal information period!
I dont trust our management team. I wish they had no access including personel bunch of two faced bunch of people. Any changes again should be them in my opinion. Let the ones that want to work, work some people take their jobs seriously the members are my priority. At our club they hinder the workers and praise the non long timr associate with her eyes open.
A manager or PTC must have given you access through Utilities. It is very possible but team leads did not automatically have it. Quit arguing, there is enough to deal with right now. Any definate timeline on the next round of layoffs?
Absolutely did not have a manager sign on and I always had access to associates information while being a TL. I didn't even know it, and was shown how we all had it. People from other clubs had it also. It was in smart. If you all thought you didn't have access maybe you just didn't know where to look. But I absolutely had it on my own sign on.

Team leads have never had access to associates information screens or their files. That is simply not true.
Team leads use to have access. They took It away about a year ago. Now they're giving it back? Idiocracy...
No they could not. If they did they were using a managers sign on. And if they were given access then someone at your club needs to be turned in.
