I have seen people at home office go to HR/ethics and not get retaliated against and they fixed the problem.

The flip side is I have also seen people go to HR and get blackballed. Or at least that’s how it looked to me.

So it’s a mixed bag.

Personally, I would never want to go to HR about something. Even if you’re right, it always gets around that you called HR on your boss and then nobody wants to work with you or promote you. I think it’s career s---c-de.

No you will not be terminated. Don't listen to these little a--holes on here. I have had to call 3 different times. Never once was I retaliated against, and those people I called on did get what was coming to them.

Could there be retaliation? Absolutely!! But just keep working and always do the right thing and you should be fine.

No you do not get fired after calling on management. I did it and 2 managers got in trouble, and I got promoted by one of the managers. They had to know I was the one who did it. Nobody else knew what was going on. In my case, 1 was fired and the other reprimanded in some way that I don't know. That's one of the c-appy parts, you will not be told what happens. So to some it may seem that nothing happened, but they really don't know. It takes a couple weeks to get things going

It really depends on what you’re calling for, most issues have to be dealt with by the GM, if you’re calling about the GM or a member of management you will be “black balled” and terminated in a couple of months. Remember at Sam’s right after the open door there is a trap door waiting for you.

They call club managers and they investigate any issues. If you can it’s best to begin with CM and resolve at club level.

It depends on your issue. I have called. It takes anywhere from 5to 7 business days before they respond.
