I will be letting two go on my team next Tuesday at Hoffman. Was asked 2 weeks ago to make cutbacks and other teams have too. Severance yes though not a lump sum. Paid every two weeks like regular salary.

It’s no great surprise is it? We should all get use to this increasing in frequency as opposed to the typical Feb and July cuts we usually get each year at corporate

layoff at SHC no layoff at SHI..no one want to work at SHI ATTROTION level very high at SHI
I wonder if it gets to a point where they have to pay retention bonuses so they can keep staff to wind down operations? I would think many people are now looking and interviewing to leave on their own now.
The people I am letting go are from SHI...
