Insurance s---s

Nice that WFM is bringing back stock options for those eligible, but the insurance is really terrible. Last year, 100% of in-network was paid by the plan after deductible was met. This year, only 75% is paid after the deductible is met. No increase on the benny card. This is a load of BS.

you guys all cry about this and that at wholefoods i dont get this or it cost less in the past. the stock options movement will be an asset to the team members looking for some type of retirement Amazon stock in your pocket will be worth a ton in years to come. As to the crying about this and that where else can you smoke weed and still how a job with no d--g test, if they tested, 75 to 80 percent of the work force is gone along with its leaders. So the company has its pros and cons if you dont like it move on.

Thats why i didnt use mine for random c-ap. I got first aid kits, contact solution and cases, crutches (my boy has a bad knee so wed need them inevitably), braces and supports, gel insoles, and field surgical kits..bc i go out in the wild alot and being able to temporarily mend a gash ..um hello. I didnt use it to make money. I used my remaining 5k to stock up USEFUL items. I didn't need the money itself.

ive been told that the insurance we have is a whole foods policy and just "administered" through united health care for their expertise and connections...this might explain the huge amounts of cuts and increased employee payments into the program since 2010...notice when wholefoods really started to get serious competition after 2012 and our earnings reports became shakier that the deductibles increased and out of pocket costs grew...gotta feed the shareholders....bezos dont give a f##k so it wont change for the better..and if you think his lil plan to invent some kinda healthcare will be all full of benevolence...wellllllll you are a bigger s---er.....

Yes, as a matter of fact, they can go back 4 years. And if they find unsupported purchases you will be required to pay back the money plus a 20% penalty.

Call me any name you like, it doesn’t change the facts.

Besides, people who steal and cheat are the real pieces of trash.

Nice fear tactic. They going to check 5 years ago? You’re a Piece of trash and I robbed Whole Foods blind just like hundreds of others. Get over it.

They can audit you for previous years, whether you are still working or not

They'll get audited and be up the creek without a paddle...just because your transaction was approved on the front end doesn't mean you're in the clear.

Truth is most people spend their benny card on sunglasses at optometrist and sold them for hard cash.

I made $3000 from sunglasses alone.

Thanks Whole Foods.

@V9NuVQU-1bgd... nice

People like you are the reason that WF wants to get rid of the benny card. No moral compass

when i left i had a bunch of money left on my benny card and had to use it in a short amount of time. i was buying defribillators and selling them on ebay for about 2/3 their value. i was getting about $700 a pop. combine that with a cashback site (ex-Ebates) and i was getting some decent money. also use it to stock up on household stuff (first aid kits, sunscreen, lip balm, etc).
