What will happen to 401K? I assume the bankrupcy has no impact on the 401K but want to make sure.

The money in your 401K is 100% yours. No worries. You will most likely roll it over to a new management company. I put all my money in Vangaurd when I left. Fairly easy.
401k is completely separate and will be fine.
