The person that left before severance is the intelligent one. Wait for what the severance that they give you peanuts are a opportunity, I would have left to.

I say that employee was a mo--n for not waiting to take his/her severance.
Nothing anyone can do even if he did know it was going away. We don't know when anything is going to happen to anyone. Just gotta keep on going until they spill it and tell us.
