Open enrollment is coming. Have there been any rumors of changes to benefits? I fully expect our portion of medical to go up, it always does. But will they move to a lower tiered plan, or drop dental and/or vision options, eliminate the option to buy a week of vacation?

I heard a rumor that they are rethinking further benefits cuts, due to pushback. Non-union U.S. employees tired of taking the brunt of the cuts due to stronger E.U. labor laws and union negotiating in the U.S. Rumor is several functions in U.S. are considering unionizing, and that has given the executive management pause about their next steps.
Might as well pile on the bash Executive Management; JohnV mentioned Project Own It in 3rd Quarter earnings today. He said it like those of internal to Xerox should know what it is... guess what Executive Management is not communicating well.. what is Project Own It?
With unemployment rates being what they are (I.e. low across the USA) many are finding higher paying, better benefit jobs outside Xerox.
Me thinks if they cut vacation; the exit floodgates will open wide and there will be companies ready to receive.
Good Luck Executive Management who are clueless about your organization. You are so in Trouble if they make significant changes to the vacation/ benefits policy. Those who know your org. will exit in masses and you din’t Know enough to even know skill sets required to keep org. going
I heard the vacation rumor - I hope people who have earned more keep it, this is like stealing.
If these rumors get traction - I'm so out of here!
Rumor is 401k contributions being lowered or eliminated. Also vacations capped at 4 weeks. But these are just rumors.
