Yea.......pretty much entire store is on a “note to file” or written for various metrics including hum. Salesforce is also being threatened if the goal isn’t met you’ll receive one for those as well! Morale is an all time low when majority of traffic is help setting up phones or trouble shoots. Everyone wants out before the holidays.......there’s no money left in this job with an unattainable goal.

If stores aren't hitting goals its because the goals aren't properly set to realistic standards and that's because the company uses goals/metrics as a means to enforce write ups/terminations
I haven't made a decent check since they changed the commission structure. I don't think anybody has, and if they did then I know for a fact they're either a piece of sh-- or getting help from managment. My managment team gave a new guy a business deal worth 75% to quote. I've been there 3 times as long as him and have never once received so much as one upgrade from them. F--- this job im just skating by on the hourly right now because the commission structure is borderline illegal with how much money it took away from us. F--- this company, f--- it's leadership, f--- it's "integrity".
If stores are not hitting the goals, I would guess the district is not also. Oh, if the districts are not hitting, that means the region is not too. So, do you think the DM and the director are on PIPs?
Company needs to focus more on great customer service and keeping existing customers happy rather than slamming customers on unwanted add ons. Hum has been a debacle since it's inception.

goals are set to hit thresholds that will allow the store to remain open in a deluge of store closing and/or sell offs. No metric, no objectives, no store, no job!
