The management have said they need to save money so they're looking at shifts, they don't want people working a shift pattern if they don't have a shift partner but it's okay for staff to get shift allowance without a partner, the shop floor clock in before 6-00 am, the lights in the shop floor office don't go on until after 6-30 am, I wonder what time Kronos say's they clocked in!

The situation has been an utter disgrace for several years now but he has managed to retain the backing of so many poorly educated , spineless b--tards ........ the type that would sell their Granny for a ' Saturday Morning'. .........enough said !

Its hardly the stewards fault you all had a vote and have a brain of your own oh hold on maybe you don't.
We were sold out by the stewards who should hang their heads in shame, you have to wonder what is going on when the senior steward is so desperate to get an offer excepted, he should resign he has to be the worst senior steward we have ever had.
The Shop Floor deserve all they get for rolling over on every other pay deal and lie they have been told.
Supervision,engineers etc will all stay on shifts whilst you mugs lose money again.
