K Mart closes at 10 pm in California, I assume it will be after that.
This very minute the negotiations will be going hot and heavy. Everyone will be jockeying for position, and then the legal papers have to be drawn up. Bet one or more of the creditors is getting cold feet and still pushing for a 7. Bet this slides into tomorrow.

They will file after people clock out and they turn off the lights and lock the front door on the West Coast
