I am sure everyone will be concerned about being written up speaking to the press when they just got fired
Media policy email was sent out now for a reason. Why send it on a Sunday evening unless something about to go down. Duh!
Email sent was regarding SHC Media Relations Policy....not regarding a BK!

They would never send an email before the public announcement. This would violate SEC rules and be considered a form of insider trading. Remember when Gareth spilled the beans on Pebble about making a profit and Eddie shut him down. Same thing

Confirmed...stores did get an email, SHC Media Relations Policy, no associates are to give interviews or allow filming in stores without prior approval. That's usual policy, why would that mean they would not be filing BK?
