Looks like about 20 or so people in OCC lost their jobs this past week. That brings the total since 6/1/2016 to 20,091. No major layoffs lately but no good news either, oracle is not going anywhere good, keep looking for new jobs before the economy cools down. Good luck!

A few young men and women were offered a job at Oracle UK, some of them had jobs prior to the contract and some did not. Those who had jobs resigned and on the eve of resumption were told Oracle cancelled the contracts. That is after they already quit their jobs.
The agency were full of apologies to these young people. They were deceived that they will be the 1st to be offered the next set of jobs. This is grossly unfair and wicked to say the least. Some of the individuals are obviously going through depression. They have to start hunting for jobs without any support.
Surely there should be remedies available for them.
