The liquidation process is also explained in the filings, as is the request for compensation. The court may decide otherwise, but the requests are all accurate as far as I can tell. In fact, this is the best info on this site in months of fake users, nonsense, rumors, etc.
I somewhat agree with this post as far as some of the background stuff goes like the actual liquidation process and employee compensation etc but the bankruptcy and closing list are definitely true.
It is not "highly fluid" when Sears' lawyers file documents with an attached store closure list with a bankruptcy court. That is a done deal, my friend. The links to the bankruptcy website are also included. That is gold.
