Delisting is after the Nasdaq 180 warning period. So not until April. It will be gone before that.
Day-trader gamblers hoping to arbitrage small fluctuations for a few cents a share profit. Some of them always lose, but they keep trying.
Selling requires a buyer, hence the falling price. But still, who would buy this pig at any price ?
I assumed it was people trying to sell to get the .31 a share v. .00 a share. Volume is high for SHLD.
