Lincoln Park and Briarwood
Both are listed with Eddies Seritage Growth company

YOU PEOPLE JUST DON'T GET IT! Eddie never ever wanted to run a retail business. When he bought Kmart and Sears it was for the real estate and the brands. All of the buildings he has acquired will be leased to other businesses and selling off the brands.
Let's them transition to a higher paying profitable tenant much faster.
There's a heck of a lot more than 2 seritage on the list OP.
Walmart has wanted the Lincoln Park site for years.
Briarwood is way too upscale for a Sears. Shocked Novi wasn't on there.
So are Joliet and Moline, IL.
I thought edd bought these properties outright!
For the exact purpose of getting more rent
Bowie MD is also a Seritage store
They will lease the properties out to others. Closing Sears lets them get higher rent.
