Less Jobs, more work, dead trains, derailed trains, more rail accidents, more broken rails, no crews, no equipment, less locations, more management, bigger executive bonuses, more unemployment, bigger egos, more lies, more corporate b---s---, but at least Fritz will be there to save the company!

LOL it's really funny someone posted something that was very obvious
Seniority!! Will take year to get better position do to Union . You will more than likely have to work 10 years or more before you can hold a position with weekends off, you will also work shift work , nights and or evenings , you will advance more than likely based of seniority instead of work ethics . You will pay union dues and do not have an option of not joining the union. It required. The union is a joke and benefit the employee non what so ever .
And the rich getting richer....
