I found it somewhat irksome that an article I read on CNN regarding landlords being thrilled that they could turn around their formerly low-rent Sears-occupied properties into higher paying tenants mentioned Seritage as though it was just some disinterested real estate company that didn't just happen to be owned by the same man who gutted SHC to make this very thing happen.
