My store was done yesterday. SM gave his little speech I gave no sympathy for him he was in tears. Even on that same day he had that a-- attitude. Honestly I am happy that we finally closed. I was not looking forward for this xmas because of the web orders and stuff that would of been super scary everything lost and in boxes really took tons of weight off my body.

i used to work at the kmart in pineville nc which closed two years ago. some my coworkers went to work at the kmart in rock hill sc which I saw on the list. I currently work at amazon which I like much better than I did working at kmart. Anyone close to an amazon warehouse should apply there starting wage is going up to $15 November 1st
Yeah, we were told that we would be first to hire at any nearby Sears or Kmart. How nice. The nearest sears is two hours away and the nearest Kmart is six hours. Thanks SHC

yep. I work in the Lands End shop at the Southglenn store in Centennial ( Colorado)
I only work 2 days a week ( Saturday and Sunday ) Technically I work for Lands End, but I'm still screwed because Lands End has no brick and mortar stores in the Denver area, or Colorado for that matter.
