I thought they could get around warn by doing it in waves.
The South Morrill closure just hit this week when they publicly announced it.
They lied and said they were gonna open up the slots but yet cut them
Is it possible that this new round was covered by a previous WARN notification?
OP, what are your sources? I believe if there are over 499 jobs cut at one single swoop WARN has to be involved for the mass layoff and it should have been public knowledge weeks ago
