Eddie made himself and his hedge fund and other businesses money while he drained Sears of resources and sold off profitable divisions of sears and kept the things that were draining profit from departments, stores, and divisions that were bringing in profits and not getting anything but being told to “Do More Now”
Hummmm, so why at the most critical time in a company would you NOT replay a Town Hall?
It's cute how he lays the blame at the feet of the associates all the while calling for "material gains". Hey Eddie...."material gains" is what you've squandered over the past 14 years!
