Not sure why someone wants to kick my arse but so far I can't see why anyone would want to. Nor would they want to call me a$$hole behind my back. I am not even sure how this thread got started relative to me. So far the only thing I mentioned that was negative was I did not believe Anne M to be a great leader. Oh well.

re: Disability. If it is paid by the employer (Xerox), then the benefit is taxable as additional income. If it is paid by the employee, its not taxable as income. Many companies have moved to employee paid disability plans because of this tax issue.

Today we get a email that we cant choose extended disability insurance that we pay on our own . As of Jan 2019 we cant select it. Take more away you scum bags, hope every employee takes less calls and call in sick more....customers dont support this company go somewhere else.......
They took away retirees medical benefits. And life insurance . Talk about great morale. You all are still loyal to Xerox . Dumping medical benefits .sure sets up a perfect take over . Less money the new owners have to spend on retirees. Just a thought.
