OP clearly shows how clueless he is by not knowing that Apple had been lost as a customer already before the Infineon acquisition. I could try to explain the reasons to OP, but he is too r----ded to understand them.
The ex-Infineon people blamed the US management for this. To me the mistake was to buy an incompetent and arrogant team in the first place.
