Seriously people, even the biggest of optimists know by know that it's over - done done done! I can understand people staying before hoping for severance but that's gone! No more severance! No more anything here!
Just pack your bag and move on. Don't stay on and help them earn money to pad their pockets while you get screwed over once again. Just leave already.
a great people will not leave unless forced out . that is how i was when I got laid off. granted I was also prepared for that eventuality. I supposed people get comfortable with good bad or ugly its hard to change.. so sometimes it has to be forced
That’s what every senior tech for home services is doing as of today. Thankfully this family saw the writing on the wall and started the search for a better and stable position. We have turned down 3 job offers and will be deciding between the final 2 offers in the next couple days. I’m stating it this way so any management that reads this does not know which tech and which district.
