She may have suggested at halfway competent idea and that isn't allowed at Lamperts' Sears.
Maybe it was her idea to leave? She could of told ed to go take a flying intercourse and jump off the Willis tower
The really impressive thing is that Lampert was able to recruit her to come on board to begin with.
She has a background in business development, sales, account management, product development and marketing... all things Sears is not doing at this time. As the "Chief People Operations Officer" i don't think her job is relevant anymore.
