Thr process earlier would start by mid september. No movement or sign this year till now in HR tools. Any idea on focal/appraisal happening this year?

If your org thrives and appraisals are not taken seriously, then you know you are doing fine. If your org is taking appraisals seriously you should find other opportunities.
absolutely no relationship between the focal review and raises, very few raises ever approved and some groups use the HR appraisal form, some don't. But there's no across the board cost of living or performance raises at the O. Some bonus's were given out last December in my team but not big $$, the ones I heard were $1k to max of $5k and only to key top performers who they thought would leave or were involved in critical projects.
I have heard through the grapevine that focals are beginning late like they did last year. Those lucky enough to get raises and/or bonuses will likely find out in November.
As for forms, etc. I think that has always varied by team. Some use them, some don't.
what appraisal?..who are you people..that still don't see the entire employee body of this
c-ap house has been shafted 5 years ago.. when MH officially sc-aped appraisal..
