Since filing chapter 11, members have been scurrying in to get the deep discounts, best deals or doing thier part to save the neighborhood Sears or Kmart stores. Even in "safe" stores. It's business as usual. No addional markdowns and yet eveyday I check saleflash and everyone is running Year over year increases. Where were these members the last 10 years?
Also noticed members different personalities during our time of hardship. Some have been very appreciative, patient, sympathetic and wish us luck while others are just @$$ holes. Rude, with no compassion. Don't understand how people can be so incentive. Sorry our lines are long. Sorry we can't order it. Sorry it's not on sale. Sorry we have Christmas displays set up. Sorry I can't do a phone order. Stop being a b--ch-we're all doing what we can do and our days our already numbered. Don't need to telk us "that's why Sears is closing". We know. Go to Walmart or Target and leave us alone to die in peace.
