Do people have employees who still slam customers? As in.... are there still reps that will lower a customers plan (bill) to add pull through or just re rate a plan to slam a hum. Is that still a thing?

Still happens daily at my store.
The only HUM we move are the X. Otherwise tabs and TMP MD is bread and butter. Slamming devices to hit mulitpliers just off of the net add quota is almost impossible now. Filling your bucket is KEY to making anything over 1225.
But to answer, no slamming stupid sh-- isn't happening nearly as much, however I wouldn't call reworking a plan and including an add is slamming IF YOU DISCLOSE IT.
Also watch out for the PALM becoming the new hum XD
TMP MD is how to make those big checks. EVERY single opportunity, selling the benefits of it with the same veracity as we used to push new lines. And kill the hell out of your upgrades and don’t give a c-ap if they complain about ARD and PT%

Oh Man.. one of the biggest cons here at my store. We have a manager who literally sells them to customers and tells them they don't even have to use it. "You just get it with plan"
4000.00 huh...no f-ing way ,I'm selling 150 boxes a month, 30 percent pull through.....I'm lucky to hit 2900.00. NOBODY is making money now EXCEPT FOR VERIZON!!! Targets are unrealistic, and meant to help you to NOT make money.

Same at my store and the managers think they are sells geniuses. Theu also tell customers they do not even need to plug up the hum and that they will remove one y’all in a few months. Yet, they call me negative and not a team player when I say it’s fraud and false churn.
People do but there’s honestly no need. Some people will breathe down your neck about it but I’m making 4K+ a month every check not slamming a single person. This new structure is great.
Pretty much the only way to sell a hum..... The new thing is move people's accounts into a business name to lower plan, add a hum or two to get customer to 5 lines to add the "discount". Makes no sense to me, costs the company money since it lowers the customer arpu, but it must look good on the books as a customer add......managers and b2b reps push this stuff hard.
