Whether or not their is a layoffs planned, one is desperately needed to clear out the deadwood. As an adide, it would also provide some much needed boost to the stock.

Just because you don't know doesn't mean it isn't true. Grow some balls and ask your VP if they have had a meeting in September with Murthy where he detailed 25% cuts. If it isn't true they won't for you for asking. You are not at school anymore.this is your livelihood and families food on the table.
