When do the trees go on sale?
We still have patio sets that nobody is buying even at reduced prices
Plus first time in 12 years I’ve been working there we now have a toy department.. way upstairs when it shd be close to the Christmas stuff
With its own register and a designated person responsible to keep area tidy
But nobody wants to try anything new
The 1-story Sears stores do (at least mostly) have the toys right by the Christmas decor.
I would take a pic and pebble about it. Corporate is in many times disconnected to how the store looks and feels.
obviously, that makes too much sense and with all the followers in this company, nobody can make a sensible decision
that's why we have failed HQ decides everything.
we were a successful company when the store mgrs ran their stores and did the opposite sometimes of what HQ wanted done
