Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Welcome to Honeyhell

Constant worry about layoffs; unpaid furloughs; very costly insurance benefits; no raises or bonuses; backwards thinking management; no dental; no acrued vacation, only 56 hours a year pto no matter how long you are here; no WFH allowed; zero loyalty to employees. HR s---s. No pension. CEO is completely out of touch- climate of fear and depression contributes constantly to extreme low morale in the work environment. Used to be a good company but unfortunately there isn't much more to say.

I see recent 4 and 5 star reviews and, well, they are made up. No one that actually works right now for Honeywell would give a good review.

It's not the entire world. You want to believe that, but even though it is prevalent these days, there are companies who value employees and don't do half the sheet H does. H is just...a hell-hole.

Oops! I meant to say NOT part of.

For any of you who are NOT part of the new connected Enterprise, your time is limited.

All of this is basically 100% true. For any of you who are part of the new connected Enterprise, your time is limited. This is the future of HON. It's going to transform from making outdated and c-appy products to software licensing. This way, HON can pay some subcontractor in Chiner or Indiar to write software then let him go and reap the benefits of selling it over and over and over but only paying once. They can also finally get rid of most of the employees as well.
