Tuesday is the day!

Everyone is saying they pitched a bogus low severance package to the board who rejected it and now the date is pushed to Tuesday.

The board would approve the severance! They are in charge. And it is 10% less from last years budget of all departments by the end of the quarter. Each department will lose 10% of their work force. No one is safe, pay group 9 executives - pay group 25, I don’t know if that includes agreement. 30% total less in budget is the goal, including head count. They need to get down to 55 fast or Lance will be fired and they (the board) will hire someone else to get it done. 10% has already been done on everything except head count. It’s coming by the end of the year. If we want less head count loss, save the company money, figure it out. Helping get the numbers will save more jobs.

Today and this is FACT Kenny rocker talked to the MDSC he said reductions are 'SOON' I dont buy your message layoffs will happen 4Q period when I don't know but I'm confident about it .

I heard no layoffs this year but 20% over two layoffs and early retirements next year. IT not impacted.

My definition of everyone reflects the several people I talked to who had a similar story and date. Could this be a rumor? Maybe. But it is what the comcensus is saying.
