It’s clearly the calm before the storm and would be helpful to at least have some indication of when a high level view will be announced.

I heard we would hear more on November 5th.
If they think it’ll make people volunteer they’ll announce it close to the deadline. If they think withholding it makes more people go they’ll announce after 11/17 so people can’t withdraw.
