They typically wait until 9:00 or 9:30. If they are doing group layoffs like they do in IT, they need to make sure everyone is here to begin. End time usually by lunch. They don’t want anyone leaving and not come back.
I wouldn't take these comments too seriously. For all we know, LeBron James posted that last one with his buddy from CSX. Could literally be ANYONE. There is no list, and if there is, it hasn't been announced, and most certainly wouldn't be posted on this website.

Last year it started around 930 AM if I remember correctly. It was also on a Thursday though. Next week's town hall is going to be more of a puppet show than usual... Some jackass will ask..
